Project no.2
Coldstream was a Kitchen, master bath and powder room renovation that included the design services of Sonya Kinkade Design. The dining room wall was taken down along with part of the living room wall to make a larger and more open concept kitchen. The tiny master bath was designed to make the space appear larger which included a well-designed floor plan. The clients master bath won a 1st place, gold award for Sonya Kinkade Design in the CDECA Design awards in 2016.
Project no.5
Spotlight was a commercial project involving Sonya Kinkade Design. This project involved the complete gut and redesign of the Salon and Spa areas. Both the Spa and the Salon won awards for Sonya Kinkade Design with the Spa taking a Silver award and the Salon taking the gold in the 2014 and 2015 CDECA Design Awards!
